Our Easy-To-Return Program
We stand behind our products and hope you and your pet(s) enjoy them. However should you need to return an item, for any reason, we’ll accept it, credit your credit card or provide a replacement product—no questions asked.

Follow these easy and quick steps:

1. Simply contact a customer service representative at 888-400-7962 or contact us

2. Tell the representative that you are making a return and need: a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

3. A FREE pre-paid UPS label will be issued along with your Return Authorization number. (Not only is postage free, but the label helps us process your return quickly which means a quicker refund for you.)

4. All items must be returned in the original packaging and be accompanied by the original packing slip.

5. For your protection, obtain a copy of the shipping receipt used to return merchandise so that you may track your item. We cannot be responsible for items lost in shipping.

6. We cannot replace the product or issue a refund or credit prior to our receipt of your returned product. Please note that we only reimburse through a credit to the credit card of the original purchaser. We do not issue cash or checks.

7. We will work to ensure timely processing of all returns. Please allow at least 5 days for all replacement products to be shipped or credits/refunds to be issued.

8. All returns must be mailed to our company within 45 days of original shipment date.
